Your first tasks

As you can see, this blog is in reverse chronology, so if you haven't read the previous post, then please do so as well.

Now I have two tasks for you to do on the blog. The first is a game.

Task 1 (game): Click on the 'comments' button below this post and tell us a little bit about yourself. Don't write your name. - Can the others guess who you are? You reply with another comment to say who you think described themselves.

Task 2: I will invite you all to join the blog so you can write posts. You need to accept the invitation in order to join (it doesn't happen automatically). When you have managed, you can send a test message or do the task above in a post rather than a comment. Don't worry, I'll troubleshoot next week!

Now I hope you all will try it out !

Hi everybody!

My name is....oh no no...I won't tell you my name:-)
I'm a female person and I have children. I also have a husband for already 10 years.
I live near Lucerne and I mostly take the bus for coming to this class. The reason is the traffic. In the rush-hour it takes me sometimes an hour to drive the way of 10 minutes. That's why I prefere the bus.
In my freetime I like to paint with acrylic. Unfortunately I'm pinched for time and I lack space. But next March we can rent an extra cellar room, so I can spread out my painting utensils. I'm realy looking foreward to get this room.
Next March, possibly a taff time will start. It depens a little bit on if I will snatch a major role or not. If not, I won't play along. (I guess this was a little hint for whom I am:-) )

So, have a nice weekend. We'll see us on Tuesday.

hi there
oh you wrote a lot about yourself - and I'm quite sure that you have been sitting behind me in class. If I'm right you were the last person entering the room and you act in musicals. But I've no idea about your name...

Now something about myself:
I just came back from my boyfriends home. He is a cheesemaker and has more than one hundred goaths.I was helping on his farm at this weekend. But now I have to prepare for the "parents evening" and do my homework. A boy of my class already spoke some english words last week. So I think that I'm going to start to speak english at the kindergarten ;-)

I wish you a nice evening

Hi Everbody

I'm also a female person. I live in Lucerne with my "soon-Husband";-). Ich have a twins sister, who looks like me (except the hair color).
I like sport (especially dancing), to bathe in the sun, to enjoy with the family or good friends, to decorate our flat as well as to do handicrafts.
I love Choclate and I fear I have to bring often some to the class, because I prefere speaking german. I don't feel comfortable to speak or write in English. Not yet! But I hope my English become better soon.

Have a good time!

xxx

PS: Who finds mistakes, may it keep!

It's great fun to read the descriptions. I painfully realize that I don't know the names by heart, though I think I know who wrote. Hopefully, more will join in the fun!

Hi. As I can see, not all of you have already written something, so I’m not the last one. ;-) I’m a female person too. I live near the Rigi and I teach at a lot of different schools around this mountain. I’ve finished my studies this summer, so it’s the first time I can teach longer than a few weeks.
I like dancing, especially classical ballet. Since June I’m at the same dance school as the third “Anonymous”. So I know her name, but I won’t tell you. ;-)

There are other things I like: playing the flute (in the “Stadtmusik Zug”) and the piano, sailing, swimming, reading… And I like nearly all kind of sweets. My parents have a “Confiserie-Patisserie” and so there is always something for me.

Have a nice evening and we’ll see us on Tuesday.

hi everyone
it's late allready but I won't go to bed till I wrote this comment...

The women whos parents have a "confiserie-patisserie" really doesn't like to cook :-)! The one with de almost husband is my friend.

Now let's write something about myself. I play the guitar for myself and in a band called Caprice. I'm the only one of our cours who works in the Kanton Zug. During this school year I have three classes and what bothered me last year was, that I wasn't allowed to teach english. The first three weeks I went to the lake often with the children. Last tuesday I had wet hair because I came straigt from swimming in school. Did you notice that?

I'm looking forward to the course tomorrow. See you there!

Well I don't know your name but I think we sat on the same table and I asked you my question twice. But I can't remember what your question was. But you asked me also twice.

Hi everyone
Reading all your comments is really great fun. But I've no idea who have written which comment.
I reckon that I am not the last to leave a comment on the blog. I was neither the last, who arrived to the first english lesson - but almost!
Last tuesday I missed the lesson, but I'm sure you were enjoying it. I'm looking forward to next tuesday. I won't have a hurry, because my husband is going to look after our 8 month old son.
See you
